Top of the Rock

This weekend Kyle took me for a walk through the Met. We passed the entrance archway to the modern art quadrant (which we both were happy to skip), but they had this mirror near the entrance which caught my attention. If nothing else, it makes for a fun picture, in the same category as the bean in Chicago’s Millenium Park.

We had a yummy Indian dinner in midtown, and on our ‘walk’ back to the subway, a pair of tickets up to the observation deck on top of Rockefeller Center appeared out of his pocket (sneaky!). The views were amazing, and the city is overwhelmingly huge. I kept looking over at him and saying “I can’t believe we live here!
