>i just submitted a paper to the Students’ Bioethics Journal here at Columbia, about the ethics of informed consent in administering vaccines produced using fetal stem cell lines….i bet you didn’t know they use fetal stem cell lines to make some of the vaccines you were given as a child! It might have changed your choices if you had….  Case in point, that informed consent should be informed consent.  tough issue….weird writing the paper, and we’ll see how they take it. if it goes well, maybe i’ll be published! (in a student publication….. :o)
